I am adding a new category to A Geeky Gal! Gaming After Dark is going to be bite sized reviews like my Saturday Suggestion posts on rated 18+ or rated M+ games that contain adult content and are best played after dark. I’ve got a few visual novels I’ve been dying to write about but feared that the adult content didn’t fit in well with Saturday Suggestions. And so I came up with Gaming After Dark.
Gaming After Dark posts will be released on Fridays at my regular blogging hours just like my Saturday Suggestion posts. All posts will contain a short disclaimer before the “read more” line to keep NSFW content hidden. Let me know what you think about this new category and what games you’d like to see here. Stay tuned for the very first installment this Friday!

Adulting and Gaming
When you find that you can’t even put a couple of hours towards your gaming hobby anymore and adulting is getting you down, remember you’re not alone. I found myself massively relating to Dragon’s woes and then found so many helpful comments that may help in the struggle to keep your gaming hobby and still do that adult stuff.
Being a Girl in the World of Online Gaming
Critically Claire lays it all out about her online gaming experiences. It’s a story we’ve heard many times or have personally dealt with. It’s time for feminism to take a stand in the gaming community. It starts here and now with us. The gaming community is a space for everyone.

The best blog party of the year was hosted by Later Level’s Kim. It was so much fun and I met so many awesome bloggers! The level of geek was through the roof, and I couldn’t have been happier. Be on the look out next year for another invite!
